Key Responsibilities
As our new Social Media Manager, you will:- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with our business goals.
- Generate engaging content across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze social media trends to optimize strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Create and manage social media campaigns to promote various products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and design, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms and technologies.
- Prepare and manage monthly budgets for social media advertising initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior social media team members and interns.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for the Social Media Manager position, you should meet the following requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with an analytical mindset, capable of utilizing data to drive decisions.
